It wasn't Nicola. I waited 40 minutes before being taken care of. To be fair to her, it seemed like the lady who cut my hair was dealing with 2 other customers on her own. My cut was rushed and feels unfinished. I genuinely just need a trim and faded on the sides, nothing fancy so it's hard to disappoint me in that area, but today I'm actually gutted. I will not be going back.

My hairstylist was Elena and she is absolutely fabulous. Have booked another appointment for 30th April for colour and balayage with her. I definitely recommend her.
