I normally get my lash lift done by Alisia (who does an amazing job, really recommend) but had a different esthetician that day and although she was really lovely, my lashes were not noticeably lifted. I felt like I wasted my money and would only book again with Alisia but will also consider looking elsewhere altogether.

Really upset as I prepaid online but there was no one there. I’ve been trying to get a refund but can’t get through. Location is in an office block which you can’t find. Really bad
