I went here because I heard good things, however I’m really upset with how my highlights were done. I found the process to be unprofessional and rushed and instead of washing off the back foils, they were wiped off with kitchen roll? My hair looks dull and there is barely any blonde pay off at all! It is also so uneven and stripy :( I can’t fault the stylist because was lovely but I’m just not impressed with the technique or end result unfortunately
