Pretty disappointing; no consultation, no discussion about contra indications or allergies, no check in on pressure, or heat of hot stones. Advert on treatwell says back neck and shoulders (not hot stones).
Therapist did not control stones well. Massage felt a bit slap, bang as opposed to focusing in on client’s need to relax & switch off.
As a qualified complementary therapist with 12 years experience + having had cancer I would have expected a lot more.
Paid for 90 mins, got 70. Won’t return.
