Saffie was fantastic!!! Really professional and devoted and took her time to carefully wax my eyebrows and surrounding area. I felt literally no pain. She listened to me at the start when I was nervous about not having too much taken off and she understood the assignment. 10/10 my eyebrows looked perfect and smooth and she went over a few times to even get the little hairs.

WORST experience I've ever had in a beauty salon. This woman totally ruined my eyebrows by removing a big patch while threading. She then went on to tint them trying to fix the issue and gave them a too dark colour. It looks horrible
