I booked in for a hot stone massage for 4pm. The therapist phoned in the morning to reschedule my appointment to the next day due to the extreme snow. It stopped snowing. However, it was impossible to drive due to the disruption. I called the therapist to reschedule, but she advised I try to make it. But by 2pm my hairdresser was running behind. Again I called to reschedule and was told it wasn't possible. I received no massage, no new appointment, and no refund of the £45.
