I had a lash tint and lift treatment for the first time. I was apprehensive at first having never had anything/ anyone near my eyes before, but Saffie was fantastic. The whole process was explained to me and she made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. Music was played to help me (and any client) relax and Saffie continually checked in with me to make sure i was OK.
I went for a patch test 24 hours prior to my appointment and again, all was explained very clearly.
Very happy with the results. Lashes now look fantastic but still very natural!
