I don’t normally go in for leaving bad reviews...however, I had asked for a French manicure with pink tips. I received nails which were 0.5cm thick. The white tip started halfway down my nail. The length was too long. There was bubbles in my nail. The drill to shape my nail was very painful and I was nicked several times.
People reading might ask why didn’t I complain at the time...it was easier to grin and bear it and just leave. Unfortunately I had paid in advance.
I had to book in for another treatment elsewhere the next day as I didn’t want to be seen out in public with my nails. As soon as I got home I soaked my nails in a bowl of acetone, but due to their thickness this made no dent!
