Arrived 5min early. Completely put off by the appearance of Saffie, nothing like the profile picture on her page of a smartly dressed therapist. Saffie has had a phone in hand, pencil, typing on a keyboard (etc) and I did not see that she had washed her hands before beginning the Indian head massage. The treatment room was in a basement and was in a sorry state again nothing like the picture of the room shown on the page. Take note this was not a proper Indian head massage at all.
