It would have been better if they stuck to the time I booked to start with me. The environment is very clean however.

The hair itself was fine, I couldn’t do my original appointment so just got a wash, blow dry, trim and straighten. I was quoted a price on this which was cheaper than what I originally paid for. I emailed and tried to get a refund for the last month, no response. I called, they stated that they actually undercharged me for the service. Apparently because I have Afro hair, my hair is more expensive than Caucasian hair. Something I wouldn’t expect from a black owned salon.
