Had booked for silk press on their website at £45. Had my hair wash at the beginning and was not clean. I told and showed the stylish the front part of my hair that was not properly cleaned and she said acknowledged ait and said she will put oil in the area . So what what about the overall head as I can’t see it!
Next one, an additional charge of £18 was added to the bill without telling me in advanced. This charge was for the trim that was not quite alright for such trim hair service.

I was really pleased with my hair cut at Lush and have been several times now. Nadiia is a lovely hairdresser; she listened carefully to what I wanted and was gentle with my fine-textured hair. She did an excellent job of making sure it was perfectly straight afterwards.
