My stylist was a nice lady but she came 30 mins late. Which wasn’t my biggest issue as the other stylist told me when I arrived. However, I was having a relaxer retouch and I felt like she didn’t protect my scalp enough so I had a few burns at the front the next day. Also, a lady walked in asking for a wash and blow dry. Instead of her to wait to be done with my hair which would have probably taken another 20/30. She left the relaxer on my head to go and start washing the walk in’s hair.

Had an amazing experience, my stylist Whitney made me feel so comfortable and gave great advise for my hair type. She styled my hair perfectly and fulfilled my hair needs accordingly. Was super happy with my appointment at Lush London Salon.

The overall experience was okay, except for the fact that she had a client scheduled at our appointment time. We had to have an argument, explaining that we were coming from afar and couldn't wait for an additional two hours to start getting our hair done. It was a bit disappointing; it seems like they overbook and keep people waiting. Thankfully, in our case, it started almost on time
