I’ve been to this place before and was happy with the experience. However, this time they were late, it wasn’t very clean and everything was chaotic. I was understanding of the first delay of 20 minutes but then there was more and more delay. And then the lady meant to be cutting my hair started doing a long braiding process on someone else. Luckily the blonde lady said she could cut my hair. She was nice and did a good job!
