Had a treatment, found that only a very small amount of the treatment was put on hair and a very small amount of hair protector before blow dry. The steamer kept on falling down, so it was either too high that my head was practically out of it or too low so it was too hot. In the end the hairdresser had to hold it for around 20 mins. The funny thing was I had the same issue with the steamer when I went to Lush around 2 years ago! My hair doesn't feel like I had a treatment!
