It is my first time to have a chemical straightening in this salon, and I am pleased with the outcome. Vikki has explained well to meet my expectations that this will not be a permanent straightening but will lasts for approx 4 months time. My hair has been bleached and coloured before, but it did work well for my hair. Thanks so much x
