The customer service is great and the staff are very friendly and chatty but get on with the work and make the time fly. The hairdressers give you advice on hairstyles if you are unsure of what you want and they always turn out well.

Really good love the shade. Had the stand in therapist who was very good and gave me an arch in my eyebrows to make it look like a face lift!!

Been coming to Luscious since it opened all those years ago - Denise, Kiran and Danielle are all lovely. And the nails are amazing, I’ve loved every set I’ve had over the years (and that’s a lot!!) Definitely recommend!
