My stylist didn’t listen to what I had asked for. I want about half an inch off of the bottom of my hair to reduce the look of my dead ends. She said I needed a lot more than that off of my hair. I said yes, it is quite dead but I like the length so do not want you to cut that much. Instead of listening to me she cut off around 4 inches of my hair. My stylist was also very rough when brushing my hair and it felt like she pulled a lot of my hair out from brushing while it was wet.
