I came in for your balayage, the stylist could not get the colour first right. She went for a very light colour and that wasn't what I opted for. Then the last colour she went for was fine but it wasn't what I expected to be.
The blow-dry was good but overall balayage wasn't a good standard.

I have been having extentions fitted for years, and I was blown away by Serpil.
She colour-matched me perfectly, and fitted the extentions better than anyone has before her!
She is an exceptional stylist, both colour and extentions.
Naz is so welcoming, and I'm only sad that I haven't found these ladies sooner!
