Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Terrible blow dry that didn’t hold longer than two hours. Stylist swapped with another halfway through. Frizzy, too hot and painful at time with the brushing. Feels like my hair has been singed!! Disappointed as this place advertised ‘exceptional for blowdries’.
Blow Dry
Hair was cut at different lengths. Asked for straight cut up to where I said. Ended up with uneven cut which is completely different lengths all the way round and even paid more than I selected on treatwell as lack of communication. Emailed the owner asking for part of my money back, got told no. Told the owner and send a photo of my uneven hair and she said to come back. No chance!
