My massage with Kate is the best massage I have ever had. She clearly has expertise in her field with excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology and reflexology. She was able to identify problem areas for me, loosen knots and muscles in a way that was still relaxing (& not painful as massages sometimes can be) and gave me suggestions on how to prevent the muscles from tightening up again. Her space is also clean and relaxing. I have found my go-to and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
