Having never had acupuncture before, I was unsure what to expect. I felt very relaxed but didn't feel the needles going in much (and no pain), so it was very difficult to know whether what I was feeling was the correct depth. I couldn't ask due to the language barrier. I felt comfortable though, and everyone was very friendly.
