Hands down the best facial I've had. Neha had set up the room with a soothing ambience. She took her time to understand my skin concerns and then hand picked a facial type for me. She took her time to ensure I am comfortable. She paid attention to my concerns as well as deeply cleansed the skin, removed all my blackheads and pores. While waiting for the mask to set in, she also gave me a wonderful head massage. All in all, a brilliant experience and I left with glowing skin
