Overalla good and relaxing experience. Good value for two treatments although please note that the massage is only for the upper body. I knew this beforehand because I’ve had this package before but it may be better for them to disclose this in the detailed information for the benefit of new customers.

Rude, poorly organised and unprofessional. Arrived to find out they’d rescheduled me for 45 minutes later. No apologies from the woman working there, only the attitude that I was somehow to blame for not receiving the notification. There was the strong sense that people booking on Treatwell were beneath her. Only when I asked for the managers email address to request a refund did she offer to accommodate me. I was then made to feel like an idiot for having Gelish polish on because they’re ‘don’t normally remove that’. I’ve never attended a salon that have had such a problem with gel. Do they need stronger acetone? Instead I was again made to feel stupid: ‘we’re not a nail salon’ and ‘we don’t use a drill.’ I’ve literally never been in a salon that have used a drill to remove polish. She then went out to phone her manager to find out what to do and said clearly directly outside the door: ‘Hi Emma, people are so horrible today!’ So unprofessional. The end result is poor, one of my nails is cut at a wild angle. Really shocking service.
