Felt like it was all rushed and not happy with the service. Had a hollywood wax and the hairs were not pulled from the roots. Not coming back again.

I will probably visit again as the haircut was quite good. Only gripes are that I wasn't offered a drink, the hair wash wasn't very enjoyable as the water was cold on and off, and a lot more was taken off than agreed - I didn't mind too much because my hair grows quickly, also hairbrushing pulled a lot (not brushing from the bottom, instead just dragging through whole length). Just be v clear on length if you're picky. I also dislike the v defensive tone on treatwell in response to some of the reasonable criticism in reviews.
The haircut was good, salon clean.
