I arrived on time for my appointment (7PM) to be told that I was booked in for 7:15, and asked if I'd like to come back later or sit and wait. After waiting 15 minutes, my hair was washed. I then had to sit over 30 minutes with the towel on my head before having it cut, as there was another customer having a treatment at the time. The haircut, when it was finally time, was quick and the hairdresser (I think her name was Melania) was friendly, but despite requesting it to be finished straight, no straighteners were used and I had to do this myself when I got home. I did like that the appointments are available late-evening, unlike other salons - I just think they were double-booked.
