Shocking. The lady had long fake nails scratching my hair and scalp. Didn't even apologise when she stabbed me in my ear with it. Burnt my hair and scalp whilst blow drying it. All the combs are full of someone else hair - disguisting. Washed half of my face makeup off whilst washing hair. Messy, careless, unprofessional. It's like they have no clue about dealing with hair.

Luiza was fantastic as usual! I took a break from getting my nails done for a few months and it was great to be welcomed back so warmly. My nails are perfect, we had a great chat, and the appointment flew by. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering gel nails or gel extensions.
