A thoroughly lovely experience! Caral was very welcoming and chatty and put me at ease right away. Great result on my very short lashes so won’t need mascara on my holidays. Also loved the location which was city centre and so easy to get to. Fabulous!!

Tina was friendly but she kept swearing casually in conversation. The bed I was on was broken. But the pedicure was very good. Just not the kind of tasteful experience and the rooms were not inviting.
