These are the nicest nails I had. The. Biab lasts 3 weeks easily and my nails that were chipped and soft never felt stronger. Lauren is very skilled.

My nails were not as nicely done as I’d hoped.
At the time I though they were ok, but the gel is unevenly applied on some nails and the gel was attached to at least 3 of my nail cuticles. I should have said something at the time, which was my error.

Elaine was lovely, but unfortunately I'm not overly happy with the Lash Lift itself.
The biggest thing I didn't realise until I got home was my bottom lashes have somehow been lifted up too and now look very strange and bent upwards.
The lift itself worked well, but I wish I'd been able to convey a personal preference for a more natural curled lift, as they're rather straight upwards. I understand I should have conveyed this prior, but it would've been nice to be asked about preference.

The gel manicure was good and Elaine was really professional, the only reason for a 4/5 rating was that she was a bit too forceful on removing cuticles and made a small cut that even though minor is still uncomfortable 3 days after.
