I went in to get my nails done and had a very unpleasant experience. The technician filed one of my nails so hard that she went through the nail bed. I said “ouch” because it hurt so badly, and only then did she realised - but she didn’t even apologize. The nail was so sore she couldn’t even apply polish because it was burning. Although she was generally friendly, I left with a painful, damaged nail and no polish. Very disappointing and not what I expected from a professional salon.
