I would have preferred to know before the price displayed doesn’t include some part of pedicure usually included in the service. The additional amount I have to pay after paying Treatwell came as a surprise. So I didn’t have a good experience because of the supplement I have to pay

They take time with cuticles, and ok overall but just took so much time and filed my nails too short

Started 15min late, got part of a treatment (cuticle remove) that I didn’t ask for, was then told that all of this had taken too much time to do the actual service I would have liked in the first place and that I would need to pay for the extra service. This was waived when I said that this didn’t make sense. Unpleasant as a whole.
