Started 15min late, got part of a treatment (cuticle remove) that I didn’t ask for, was then told that all of this had taken too much time to do the actual service I would have liked in the first place and that I would need to pay for the extra service. This was waived when I said that this didn’t make sense. Unpleasant as a whole.

Technician was rushing, had to tell her to buff the nails, didn’t apply cuticle oil properly and nothing to strengthen the nails. Then tried to charge more even though I was quoted a discount through treatwell
