Horrible customer service!
I had booked a modelling session for a hygienic pedicure at a reduced price of £20, as the technician was a trainee. However, she was not supervised by a senior professional, which is required for safety.
During the procedure, the trainee mishandled the electric file and accidentally dropped it on my foot. Fortunately, I wasn’t injured, but it was a serious risk.
I did not receive the service that was promised and booked. As a loyal client, I expected better. I requested a refund, but instead, the owner blocked me on WhatsApp and social media, which is completely unacceptable.
I ended up sitting for three hours just to have my nails done, and was told this was considered "half the service" for the reduced price.
This experience was extremely disappointing.
Marina is the best manicurist I met in London. My nails look absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for your skill and care!
