Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t a positive one. Despite booking an appointment for 3:45, I wasn’t seen until 4:10, which meant a 25-minute wait. I came in for a gel manicure, but the manicure itself felt rushed and lasted less than five minutes. I mentioned my preferred nail shape and colour, but there was no check-in during the process to confirm if I was happy with how it was going. The overall experience felt impersonal and hurried, more like a production line than a professional service
