The thing I don't always like about Lulu is that you can't really choose your therapist. You get there and they rotate according to what you have to do and who is free. Usually everyone is great, but it makes me a little tense sometimes, when there is someone new. This time, my pedicure was very well done, but the manicure not so much. But I really enjoy the service overall and will keep going! I recommend it.
