Arrive 5mins before for 4.45pm appointment and was left waiting for 15minutes with no apology nor explanation! Pedicure was fine. After leaving I checked and had booked for 45minutes however they had weirdly changed it to 30minutes rather than the 45minutes advertised! I emailed them to complain but no response! Treatwell helped with compensation however poor customer service from the actual salon!
