It’s my regular place wasn’t happy last few visits, it’s been very rushed, I had 3 different people doing each different steps, from removal, to shaping nails and colour. Nail colour was rushed and very messy not happy.
Not sure why it’s become like this. Please try have the same person doing the nail filing and colour .

The staff are friendly and the premises lovely but more skills and attention are needed. My nails bled in several places — there’s definitely a way to remove cuticles without making nail beds bleed. And generally lack of attention to detail — nails have blobs, the top coat is uneven, and nail varnish super thick in places. Maybe it was the chrome effect, but for £51, I wanted a better experience.
