I booked this treatment slot on Sunday evening & 3 minutes before my treatment was due to take place they phoned me and said that they were cancelling because they had double booked. I said I was 3 minutes away but the receptionist didn't care.
I was so disgusted in their attitude I hung up the phone.
I've still been charged, no refund, and clearly the app doesn't work if it double books slots.
Will not be using them again just by how rude the receptionist was.
