I recently had a pedicure treatment at this center, and while the treatment itself was good and the esthetician was professional, my overall experience was marred by the owner's rude behavior. I had to reschedule my appointment due to a scheduling conflict, and I called to apologize, receiving confirmation that it was fine. Despite also emailing and getting assurance that everything was in order and no payment was required on the appointment day, I was accused of not paying upon leaving. The owner shouted at me, disregarding the confirmation email I showed her. Unfounded accusations and disrespectful behavior make this a place I won't be returning to. Very poor service.
