I went for eyebrow threading and it was terrible. I asked for a standard clean up/tidying up. The therapist left hair outside of my main eyebrow area and made my eyebrows uneven, when I told her that she had done the above she was very rude and said "you said only to clean up" and she was not acknowledging that she left them uneven. Once she finished, I said thank you, but she didn't even look at me/apologised for before, pushed me to get out of the room first and shut the door on my face.
