My 30min full spa pedicure was 30mins late, took 1 hr 15mins and still, I left with rough, cracked feet, was told that it was my fault for not telling the therapist earlier and had the card machine waved in my face to charge me the extra £10 for 2 infills. If I am paying for a service, I don’t expect to have to supervise that service. When you can be bothered, you’re good at what you do - I would appreciate a free session as compensation for this experience.
