It was all quite stressful, they were running 15 mins late but just ignored me and when i checked what was going on the man was quite rude. Other customers were having the same issue and being dismissed. I had 3 different people doing the pedicure and manicure swapping in constantly. The actual manicure and pedicure was great - so it's a shame the managment and scheduling is so bad!
