Sara was wonderful. She was very nice to chat to, and I was very pleased with the outcome of my nails. I gave an idea of a colour and she went out of her way to show me different options and testing them out on my nails.
I'm not sure why there were a few men waiting upstairs - it seemed they worked there, but they weren't technicians or hairdressers...having to walk past them felt awkward.
