Lula was very welcoming as a first time client. She was knowledgable and personable. I felt very comforted, having elsewhere experienced a stylist that doesn't listen. She was ready to give me advice and explained how she felt my hair would look best. She did a wonderful job and I left feeling fabulous. Great result. Thank you!
