It was my first time coming here, the lady that did my hair was so lovely. Made me feel very welcome and was so complimentary, will definitely make it a regular visit here. To top it off my hair has never felt so good and I was so happy with the outcome

I asked the stylist Lula to cut my hair so it sits just below my shoulders. When she started blow drying My hair was pulled It was hurting! I told her I don’t like straighteners she did not listen.I noticed she was cutting while straightening obviously! the cut had gone wrong by then I told her I do not want anymore cut she said she was trying to get it straight cutting higher. On line I booked for £30 she took £35 there was no from price. Very dissapointed will never go back!

I was asked about having the keratin blowdry mentioned at my first visit ,I said I was now pregnant & money was needed elsewhere. She then advised me if I save £20 p/m in 6 months I’d be able to afford it & to only purchase ‘cheap’ hair products from now on that way I’d have more money to spend at the salon. I thought this was extremely patronising, unprofessional and very insensitive. I came in to have my hair cut instead I got financial tips on how to save money to spend at their Salon.
