I had a shellac manicure and the polish started to come out from the moment I put a foot on the street, as the lady had put so many layers, in some nails more than in others.

The lady insisted on using hot wax despite the fact I said I did not want to several times. I tried to explain what I wanted and she interrupted me by saying she knew how it was done. Result: I paid 10 extra pounds for a service I didn't want. Overall a bad experience.

I have been visiting in this place for almost 2 years, so I must say that I had my bridal makeup and my sisters had heavy party makeup as we as Asians required glamorous look and Zoya's makeup was greater than our expectations. So Zoya, keep it up babe and so as your assistant Mehro, you guys are simply guru, Awesome. Btw, I did wash my face after my wedding too, lol...
