I booked a root bleaching, toner, blow dry and Olaplex treatment, but the result was terrible. He only applied Olaplex No.0 — not the full treatment — and didn’t finish the blow dry because another client arrived. The roots were poorly bleached and left darker and uneven, with three different blonde tones overall. My hair looks patchy and damaged. Very unprofessional.
