Very recommended! I went in with a 'stuck' neck and left feeling like a new person. The deep tissue work on my shoulders and neck was definitely intense, but it was that 'good' kind of pain where you can feel the tension finally letting go. He took the time to explain what to expect over the next few days, including some potential soreness. What really impressed me was the dedication as he worked for an entire hour without taking a single break, focusing purely on my problem areas.

This was a very helpful massage; I came with low back pain and 24 hours after the massage it was pretty much resolved. It seemed that Lukas knew exactly where to focus to release knots and tightness. I have decided to go again in the near future to make sure the good work that has been done is maintained. It was quite intense in terms of sensation (it is a deep massage), but all that felt good.
