The first try wasn't great: highlights were very stripey and application wasn't close to the scalp = harsh root edges.
After going in again to get it fixed, the highlights are less chunky but the roots are still very harsh in places.
Both times there was no de-tangler, leave-in conditioner, or even heat protector! Despite having length cut off, my hair still feels damaged.
It's such a shame because Ibrahim was so nice, I was really hoping for this to be my new hair-home!
