Massage was very nice but I didn't feel that Covid-secure here. When I arrived there was a sign outside the door saying to ring and that someone would come and take my temperature and show me where to wash my hands. No-one answered the bell and when I went in neither of those things happened and there were about 6 ppl in the rather small front room that then felt quite crammed, where I had to wait for my therapist to come and get me. Hindered the relaxation a bit! FYI for other Covid-worriers!

My appt for a brow wax and tint was scheduled to finish at 12.45 and I left the salon at 1pm only having only had half the service because they were running so late. There was no protective tissue over the treatment bed, the space was cramped multiple waiting clients, the lighting was v poor making it hard to check the brows and I was then asked to pay for a tint (despite not having it) because the apologetic therapist did't know how to amend the charge. Not great, sadly.
