To preface, my hairdresser was very kind and understanding, but unfortunately I think there was miscommunication on the colour I wanted. Realising it was too light, we toned it darker (and he was very kind about it!). In hindsight, it’s still too light so I will go elsewhere to dye it darker, but it’s worth noting I was offered more toner again which I turned down at the time. Now the blow dry is gone, the haircut seems choppy / hard to style unfortunately but I will have to wait until it grows
