To preface, my hairdresser was very kind and understanding, but unfortunately I think there was miscommunication on the colour I wanted. Realising it was too light, we toned it darker (and he was very kind about it!). In hindsight, it’s still too light so I will go elsewhere to dye it darker, but it’s worth noting I was offered more toner again which I turned down at the time. Now the blow dry is gone, the haircut seems choppy / hard to style unfortunately but I will have to wait until it grows

I have been coming to this salon for ages now and they never disappoint! Ibrahim is so skilled and knowledgeable. I have very curly frizzy hair and the difference in manageability and texture since this treatment (hair Botox) has been incredible. I’m wearing my hair natural with confidence every day. My natural curls are in tact but look much more soft and bouncy. 100% would recommend to anyone. Always a pleasure at the salon and the staff are lovely!
